I am Prabha Kasturi, the Founder & CEO of Prabha Furniture & Interiors, proudly branded as Kshetra Interiors. My entrepreneurial journey began at the age of 36, driven by a desire for financial independence and a passion for creating beautiful spaces.
I initially ventured into various industries such as insurance, online retail, and event management. These experiences provided me with valuable insights into business operations and market dynamics. Eventually, I discovered my true calling in the furniture manufacturing and interior design sector.
My motivation stemmed not only from a desire for financial freedom but also from a deep love for design. I recognized a market gap for luxurious, high-quality custom furniture at reasonable prices. My vision was to create spaces that reflect individual personalities and styles, without compromising on quality or aesthetic value.
Throughout this journey, my children have been my greatest supporters. Their encouragement and belief in me have been instrumental in overcoming challenges and building Prabha Furniture & Interiors into the successful venture it is today.
As an interior designer, I established my brand, Kshetra Interiors, with the goal of reflecting each client’s unique style and comfort. My expertise in design, materials, color combinations, and quality ensures that our clients feel at home in their personalized spaces.
Currently, Kshetra Interiors has branches in Hyderabad, Nellore, Tirupati, and Pune. Looking ahead, I see tremendous growth potential for my business. Over the next five years, I plan to expand our presence across India. This expansion will be driven by leveraging digital technology, building a network of manufacturing units and logistics partnerships, and collaborating with local artisans and craftsmen.
I believe that with hard work, vision, and perseverance, anyone can succeed in entrepreneurship. My story is a testament to that belief, and I hope it inspires others to pursue their dreams, regardless of their age or background.
